Dear 7th grade parents/guardians,
Next year your student will experience the 8th grade trip to Mt. Cardigan. The Cardigan Mountain trip is an environmental unit of study consisting of academic and outdoor preparations that culminate with a hiking and tenting experience on Mt. Cardigan in Alexandria, NH for three days and two nights. Our hope is that through the academic and team-building aspects of this program, our 8th graders return from this trip with a wonderful sense of accomplishment.
While outfitting students with the proper gear and clothing for Cardigan is essential, we also want to make it as affordable as possible. For your convenience and savings, the Bedford PTG will be offering an all new “Cardigan Corner” at the Ski, Skate and More Sale. Parents of students from prior years will be consigning their gently used hiking and camping gear. We hope to have many past campers participate in this program so that you’ll find great deals.
Be sure to visit the Cardigan Corner at the Ski, Skate and More Sale on Saturday November 23th 9am-2pm at BHS.
