To qualify for the state competition, students will take a 25-multiple-choice qualifying exam on Tuesday, March 5th at 2:30 in the media center. Here is a link to the Asset Newsletter titled “Time at Home”. As children grow up their relationships with parents change. Do you remember feeling like a superhero after spending fifteen minutes with your young child? Once children reach their pre-teen years, tides may start to shift. There may be times when parents won’t feel like a superhero in the eyes of their middle school or high school age child. That feeling, if it occurs, is normal and part of a child’s transition into adulthood. This article gives families some ideas in preparation for the anticipated distancing. Family rituals and activities may not get a big applause right now, but the memories will last a lifetime!
