Virtual Open House Troubleshooting
Dear Lurgio Families,
I have received a few reports from parents that they are receiving an error message when trying to view some of the videos on our Virtual Open House. I am sorry for the inconvenience. If you are experiencing this issue, please try the following:
- Quit your browser and restart the program.
- Try viewing the Virtual Open House on your student's Chromebook. I emailed the Open House to all students this afternoon. This might be the best option as our students are part of the school district Google Account.
- Try viewing the Virtual Open House on a computer using Chrome.
I hope these tips are able to resolve any error messages and you are then able to enjoy our Virtual Open House.
